SOFTWARE INSTALLATION

This Install program is both computer and user-friendly!  Be assured 
that it will not harm your computer.. the files that it will install 
may be easily removed if you so desire.

Installing from a diskette

 Step 1:
	Windows 3.1 -  From Program Manager click on the "File"  menu or type 		   	   "ALT-F". 

	Windows 95 -  Press or click the "Start" button.  
  
Step 2: 	 
	Choose "Run" from the menu.
  
Step 3:
	Type "A:SETUP" or "B:SETUP" depending on which drive the installation
 	diskette is in.


Installing from a down-loaded ZIP file

Step 1:
	Create a temporary directory on drive C.

Step 2:
	Copy the Zipped archive file to the temporary directory and unzip 
	the Installation files into it.

Step 3:
	Windows 3.1 -  From Program Manager click on the "File" menu or type 
	"ALT-F".
	
	Windows 95 - Press or click the "Start" button.

Step 4:
	Choose "Run" from the menu.

Step 5:
	Type "C:(temporary directory)\SETUP"

Step 6:
	When installation is complete you may delete the temporary directory 
	and the files it contains.

the PARTY WIZARD software program and the files which are 
distributed as being part of the PARTY WIZARD software program 
owned by Logic Solutions.

A person who has paid to use PARTY WIZARD in the manner described 
herein is heretofore known as "Registered User."

PARTY WIZARD is distributed as Shareware.  It is not free, freeware, 
or in the public domain.  You may use PARTY WIZARD for a trial 
period of thirty days, at no cost to you, to determine if it fits 
your needs. If you decide to use PARTY WIZARD, you are expected 
to register it and pay the applicable registration fee.

You may not modify or dis-assemble PARTY WIZARD , nor distribute 
any modified or dis-assembled versions of PARTY WIZARD.  You may 
distribute the Shareware version of PARTY WIZARD only if the files 
are unaltered, in its entirety and no other files are distributed as 
being part of PARTY WIZARD.
